Now this business has a score of 4.8 stars over 5 and that rating has been calculated on 53 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is nearly the highest, and it's based on a very high number of scores, so we can be quite sure that the evaluation is quite accurate. If many people have bothered to give their score when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place evaluations when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

Excellent care, friendly and personable staff. On target therapy took care f foot/heel pain in a short amount of time!
Very nice and friendly staff. Have been there 2 different occasions for my knee and have had good success!!
Not a customer but I was here for a customer. I understand that this place was in the process of moving to a different facility during my visit. The waiting area was very small. The computers were being dismantled for the move. Hopefully the new facility will solve both issues.
The staff and Therapists were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend their services.
Great place for rehab after my knee replacements. Matt and the staff were very friendly and a lot of fun to work with. Scheduling was easy and they were accommodating when I had insurance issues. Highly recommended!
Highly recommended! Melinda answered my first call. She had such a friendly voice, and she was so helpful with insurance questions prior to my first visit. Justin, PT evaluated me the same day, which was wonderful because I needed some pain relief! He introduced me to Astym, which I love! Libby, PTA, is experienced, knowledgeable, caring and FUN!
Great place for physical therapy
The entire staff is wonderful! Very nice, clean facility. Between the in office visits and the home exercises provided I improved quickly and got back to my normal activities.
They are nice, wonderful, and helpful. I'm thankful for them. Thank you
Great Staff, knowledgable, friendly and effective
The therapist were professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. I personally did not get the results I was hoping for or my Dr. but I don't believe it was any fault of Cornerstone. Thank you
They were excellent at educating and encouraging.
You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work! Thanks for all you do.
The staff are all awesome! I've noticed a difference, and my issue has been getting better! The atmosphere is welcoming, and I've never felt unimportant as a patient here.
Girls are excellent. I've been treated for two separate issues. Crps and shoulder tendinitis / neck pain and tension headaches. They're wonderful. They've helped so much with my pain issues and are so sweet!

The Therapy Team (including) the receptionist are all very courteous and make you feel comfortable right away. They not only give you all their attention they make each visit fun and feel like a family.
PT helped me so much. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable; they treat you safely and kindly. The flexibility of scheduling made it possible for me to get to PT. I even felt so great about their service I had them help my daughter with her PT. Wonderful physical therapists, I highly recommend!
I usually have migraines two to three times a week. I have started dry needling and it has helped to reduce migraines significantly. Thank you Patrick.
Patrick and Libby were a pleasure to work with during my knee replacement rehab.
The staff at the Gahanna Office are very professional, always explaining what they were doing in easy to understand terms. Staff members demonstrated the various stretches and exercises before expecting me to perform them. They were always willing to answer my questions and discuss my progress. My pain has decreased while my strength and flexibility have greatly increased. I thank them so much, especially Andrea and Carmen!
In 2017 I severely strained in my Right Shoulder and after receiving my Physical Therapy at Cornerstone I walked out pain free, In 2018 I had severe pain in my left Knee (Arthritis) and my Physician at OSU suggested Physical Therapy and I knew the only place I would go was Cornerstone Physical Therapy. They have the most Compassionate and Caring Staff, Thanks to Libby, Melinda and Patrick
Excellent care from Libby and Patrick, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for physical therapy. They did all the right things for a speedy recovery of my hand.
Everyone there is amazing. Can't say enough good things about them. Libby and Melinda made me feel like I was going to see friends and the physical therapy was just a bonus. Highly recommend.

Courteous, professional, with quick results. Well trained staff without being too pushy for results.
The staff is great. They make something that can be no fun a joy to go to. They are very caring and hard working.
Patrick and Libby were amazing. Very attentive and helpful to my therapy needs. Great atmosphere and facility, would highly recommend to anyone.
Friendly and understand staff. Highly recommend this place.
Love this place. The staff is wonderful and so helpful
I've been to Cornerstone PT for several months now.First with a pinched nerve in my neck and then with Achilles's Tendonitis.I'm glad my doctor sent me to them. Libby and Patrick are such kind, caring and fun people it's easy to just relax. If you have to go for therapy, these are the two you want helping you through it. They're wonderful. And Melinda at the front desk is always concerned about the patient's care also.
Coming to Cornerstone with the best decision I made I had a torn rotator cuff and I saw an orthopedic doctor who gave me three options the first was to get cortisone shots in which I had one that lasted just about one month I could have gone back to get another shot but I could only get two shots per year. The next option was physical therapy and if that didn't help I would have to have surgery. I called my insurance company and found that I did not have to have a referral to have physical therapy so that's what I did. the first treatment that I had at Cornerstone I could see and feel a difference. This was the best decision I could have made after having five treatments I have no pain in my shoulder or the arm and I am able to reach over head and behind my back. If I ever have any issues in the future where I need Physical Therapy Cornerstone is where I will go.
Professional and friendly staff who considered my needs to create a physical therapy plan that helped alleviate my pain. Definitely recommend the ASTYM for leg and foot pain.
Great staff very helpful.
Everyone was very nice..
The staff here are wonderful and make you feel welcomed. Always make me comfortable. Would definitely recommend them.
I enjoyed the care the staff provided. They were great to work with. Unfortunately, their billing practices have turned into a huge hassle with my insurance company. Don't tell people their bill should be around $120 a visit if it only comes out to $75. 5 stars with the actual caregivers though.
Fantastic staff. Clean facility. Great workout on my way to 100% recovery with their help. Highly recommended!!!!
